Nutrition Programs for Lifestyle Goals

That is why we at Apex use nutritional programs that provide clients with the ability to make better choices, improve their relationships with food, allow for flexibility in their lifestyle, and focuses on habit and behaviour change that creates long lasting results. Using this approach allows us to help people achieve the body of their dreams! With us, you will not be put on any crash diets as our programs are effective and give RESULTS! Lifestyle Nutrition Plans

Our lifestyle program is developed for the everybody who wants to achieve their health and fitness goals. From the busy moms, to the business executives to the everyday individual. This program is designed around science based methods and uses a progressive and systematic approach that not gives nutritional goals but also helps clients change their habits along their transformation journey. This approach can use practices and guidelines from improving eating habits, mindfulness kills, portion control, balanced plate eating, and so on.

Program Highlights:

  • Easy and simple to adapt to your current lifestyle and is complete with supportive tools to get you from where you are, to where you want to be.

  • Allows for flexibility in food selection.

  • No weighing or tracking food with an app.

  • Great for beginners learning to develop their skills around eating habits or people who are no longer interested in strict meal plans or wanting the burden of weighing and tracking of their meals.

  • Daily target habits are given to ensure progress through self monitoring tracking.

  • Further education is provide through the progression of the program.

Flexible Dieting Plans

Flexible dieting also known as IIFYM, has become a very popular approach when it comes to nutrition. It too uses nutritional flexibility, allowing clients to maintain a healthy social life and to not be tied down to a fixed meal plan. This program is guided by daily macronutrient targets. Clients are responsible for planning daily meals based off of their own personal food preferences, in order to meet their protein, carbohydrate, and fat goals. There are no hard rules as to what you can eat. However, we do provide client’s with education which allows clients to make informed choices in what they are nourishing their body with. In this program, clients are required to weigh their food using a food scale as well as track their food using the My Fitness Pal (MFP) app.

  • Allows for flexibility in food selection. No food restrictions.

  • Track your food anywhere and anytime. Very convenient.

  • Clients are required to weight and tracking nutrition with My Fitness Pal. Don’t worry, we will help guide you through the process until you feel comfortable and confident in using this program.

  • With a little practice and patients, this program is easy to adapt to.

  • Clients are not given meal plans but are given a set of daily macronutrient targets to achieve.

  • Client’s are provided with additional handouts throughout their program to further their understanding and knowledge of health and wellness.

  • This program is suitable for people who are follow a Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo, Dairy Free, etc.

Training Programs

Are you looking to lose body fat? Add lean muscle? Feel good in and out of your clothes? Feel confident on the beach, in your swimsuit? We offer training programs that will help you achieve the body you are have always wanted.

 

We design customized training programs using evidence based methods for people with different lifestyles and schedules.  In our programs we provide education on proper set up, technique, form, reps, sets, tempo and rest; ensuring that clients are able to train safely and effectively. 

It is encouraged that clients must be familiar with compound movements (eg. squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench is recommended.

We are also able to design at home programs for those who simply do not have the time to get to the gym. Leave the work to us. You are in good hands!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • ​Once you have had a call with us to determine if we are a good fit to work together and payment is made, you'll receive a form that will let your coaches learn about you. You will also get links to our fitness app and private community group.

  • After your intake forms are complete, your coaches will reach out to you while you wait for your customized programs to be designed at which point your coaching services begins.

  • You will work closely, 1:1 with your coach to reach your fitness goals. Together you will navigate any obstacles and mindset traps you are experiencing and learn how to overcome and improve your skills and capacity to work through them confidently. 

Nutrition & Training Packages

With 1-on-1 coaching, we oversee all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, recommendations of a weekly schedule, and exercise demos. Your customized program will be designed to fit into your time restrictions and lifestyle, equipment availability, and fitness goal, while also working around any injury limitations.
 

It is recommended that clients be familiar with compound movements ( e.g. squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates and or dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and
adjustable bench.

The nutritional approach we use will be decided on a one to one basis and what is the best fit for the client at the time. During the coaching services, we use nutritional periodization to meet the needs of the clients, their growth, and goals. A primary focus will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition.

Terms Of Service:

Cancellations require a 30 day cancellation notice. If a client does not provide a 30 day cancellation notice, the client will be held responsible for making the last required payment of their plan to fulfill the 30 day cancellation policy. Apex Physiques has a no refund policy and no refunds will be issued upon cancellation. The day of first payment will represent the beginning of your purchased service duration. Please allow 1 week for your initial program to be created. The purchased service time will remain continuous throughout the service duration. Meaning that any missed check-in’s, disruption in  communication or one takes time off from the services, time can not be banked or put on hold unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon previously between the client and Apex Physiques.
