The Guv'na HUGE Back 4 Week Training Program is designed to develop lean muscle tissue.


This 4 week back program incorporates 4 different training protocols for each week. Which means stimulating different muscle fibers but still have the Guv’na philosophy at the forefront of each program. I really wanted to showcase everything I have learned in my bodybuilding career which stems over two decades.
