More natural energy in the morning without coffee? Read on!

You may find that same energy will trickle into your afternoon?
Can you imagine, no 2 pm crash during your day?
1. MCT Oil & Coffee:
One of many benefits of MCT Oil is it increases energy very quickly but more importantly, increases fullness and satiety, reducing the chances of snacking and overeating.

2. Add a few shakes of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 3. Squeeze some lemon or lime (the real fruit) into the tall glass of water. 4. Stir with a spoon and enjoy.
