TACOS FOR BREAKFAST? WHY NOT?

Are you tired of eating the same breakfast over and over again?

Are your tastes buds craving a little variety?

Well last week one of our client's said that he was bored of what he was eating for breakfast and although he controls what he eats, he couldn't come up with any good ideas on what to have outside of regular eggs, oatmeal and toast.

We know how important it is to enjoy what you're eat you when it comes to getting healthy and fit.

It's also really important to choose foods that are both satisfying and satiating for consistency because as soon as hunger and cravings start to come up, it's very EASY to allow them to sway your decisions.

That's why we encourage our client's to pick foods that both satisfy them and allow them to hit their nutritional daily goals.

Why? Because as soon as you feel like you're missing out, not able to enjoy your social life, and feel deprived....that's when that fear motivator kicks in and sabotages your goals.

And maybe that's how you've been feeling.?

Your diet is stale.

You think you have to eat rabbit food to get into the shape you want.

But we are here to tell you that is 100% FALSE .

So don't be afraid to switch up what you're eating. Add in a little variety. Get creative in the kitchen.

Heck why not be a rebel and have tacos for breakfast and breakfast for dinner?

You might be surprised at what a little change up can do for sustainability of your health and fitness goals.

Here is the recipe we gave to our clients to try and hopefully it will help you too.

If you make it, write us back and let us know if you liked it.

Love the recipe so much? Why not share it with your friends and family!
