Why You Need To Start Drinking Water in the Morning?


Did you know that 60-70% of the world population is dehydrated? The number one symptom of

dehydration is fatigue! If you want an abundance of energy then super hydrate.

We not talking about drinking coffee and diet coke, we are talking about real water!

If you wake up in the morning with a headache then that means you are dehydrated. Remember we sleep for 7-8 hours so when we wake up we wake up dehydrated!

So Why do We Need to Drink Water in the Morning?

  • 70% of the human body content is water, and so water plays an important role in the proper functioning of your body.

  • The human brain cells contain about 85% of water.

  • 75% of muscles is water

  • Bones also contain about 25% water

  • 82% of blood consists of water.

It is also helpful to consume foods that contain lots of water; for example soups (broth-based) and vegetables.

We have now increased our own water intake!
